​Robert C. Gaskill, Jr. has dedicated his life and career to serving God and others alongside his wife of 40 years, Linda A. Gaskill; with whom he has raised 3 beautiful daughters: Rachel, Ariel and Moriah. Gaskill is a graduate of the acclaimed Oral Roberts University where he obtained his Baccalaureate of Social Work. His interest in entrepreneurship led him to further his studies in business administration, which has served him well in his marketing and management endeavors.  With over fifty years of ministry in some capacity, participating in emerging business opportunities and embracing a mentoring role to young men, his life has been full and impacting. 
Under the unction of the Holy Spirit, he pens words of wisdom and inspiration that minister to the hearts of his readers. Gaskill leads with integrity, service, and the desire to inspire and impact young minds in his community and beyond.
Now in his first book, The Desire of a Father’s Heart: A Letter to My Daughter's Suitor, Gaskill is writing to young men who are ready to date with intention, and pursue a relationship that honors God, the young lady he is pursuing, and himself.  Through the sharing of personal narrative and experiential wisdom, Gaskill provides opportunity for the reader to take an introspective look at what it takes to win in relationships along with practical tools and steps to achieve that ultimate goal.
